A Few Words About Florida School of Preaching
The Florida School of Preaching exists to equip preachers and Bible class teachers for the churches of Christ. It provides essential training for those who desire to preach but have not had the opportunity to receive formal instruction. Many successful preachers have recognized attending a preaching school was the most viable path to gaining the skills they needed. The school encourages all students to pursue their education to the fullest, empowering them to serve effectively in their ministry.

Academic Preparation
All of the courses offered are directly related to the work of a gospel preacher. You'll get no algebra here. The Bible is God's revelation to man. Virtually everything we know about God and His will we learn from the Bible.

During our annual lectureship, FSOP instructors bring their years of experience and deep knowledge of Scripture to deliver powerful sermons that resonate with both spiritual insight and practical application. Additionally, the school publishes a monthly newsletter called The Harvester, which offers articles on Christian living, Bible study, and current issues facing the church. This publication aims to nourish readers with sound doctrine and practical insights, helping them grow in faith and service.
The ladies of FSOP are also actively involved through a monthly Ladies Class, taught by preachers' wives, where they gather for biblical instruction and fellowship. Meetings hosted by The Phoebe Group (faithful ladies dedicated to promoting FSOP). Special Lunch & Learn seminars specifically designed to support students’ wives and to help them in their spiritual and personal growth. These programs create opportunities for learning, encouragement, and building strong, faithful families within the FSOP community.
